Once the form is filled out and sent to us we will contact you with more details from the butcher about how you would like the meat divided. Typically half is used for ground beef and the other half is divided between roasts or steaks! Please refer to our infographic for freezer space required below!

Our beef will be going to the butcher in October and will be ready for deliveries/pickup late October to early November. We will be in contact with updates!
